I've got to thank avocados that gone bad for today's lunch..Have you tried a green pea soup before? Think about it..:)
It's easy and so versatile! All you need is green peas and some imagination. Mix in a blender and enjoy..:) My suggestion for a green pea soup pleases all your senses:
Ingredients: (makes as many servings as desired)
frozen or fresh green peas
soft cheese
water
salt, sugar
chilli (optional)
lemon juice
dried tarragon (or other kinds of herbs)
shrimp
Method:
1. Cook the peas in the water with a little bit of salt and sugar. No need to overcook, remove from the heat when it starts boiling.
2. In a blender, mix the peas with some of the water they cooked in together with the soft cheese and chilli until smooth.
3. Season with salt and add some lemon juice.
4. Serve with shrimp and more lemon juice.

Evinka,tak touto polievockou si zase ulahodila ty mne..:)urcite vyskusam v najblizsej dobe!!!a neuveris,ale zrovna vcera som dostala chut na krevetky,tak som nam robila na veceru take krevetkove bagety:))ale uz som minula zasoby,takze ked zas "nachytam" krevety,pride na rad tvoja polievcka:)
ReplyDeletePolievočka vyzerá lákavo. Polievku som doteraz robila len zo suchého hrachu, pred nedávnom sme si s mužom hovorili, že musíme vyskúšať zo zeleného : ) s tymi krevetkami to môže byť zaujímavé. Ukladám si receptík.

Ja som totalne polievkova, a predstav si, ze dnes nejak nadranom sa mi snivalo o tej tvojej speci fazulovej polievocke, ze ju varim :) cela naradostena som sa zobudila, ze si ju pripravim, ale kedze som akurat nemam bielu fazulu doma tak som vymyslela aspon tuto hraskovu..moc dobre mi padla a spolu s krevetami ma naozaj poriadne zasytila..este by som ju rada niecim vylepsila, tak sa tesim na co zaujimave prides ty, ak sa budes inspirovat..

ReplyDeleteEvička, toto je na moju nôtu. mám veľmi rada krevetky v akejkoľvek úprave, naviac milujem polievky zo zeleného hrášku, takže pre mňa parádna kombinácia. budem sa inšpirovať...
